Scope & how purchases are made
This policy covers cancellations and refunds for paid subscriptions to the STE BLUEPILL CONSULTING SARL AU service marketed as Ledenote (the “Service”).
Online subscriptions purchased through our checkout are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates (“Paddle”), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, and applicable taxes, and processes refunds on our behalf in line with this policy. Some customers are instead invoiced directly by STE BLUEPILL CONSULTING SARL AU under the payment terms stated on their invoice; for those customers the same cancellation and refund terms apply, settled by the original payment method.
Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions are month-to-month by default; annual terms are available on some plans. A subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing period until it is cancelled. Usage above the active plan's quotas is billed as overage at the rate published in the dashboard. The price you pay is the price shown for your active plan at the time of each renewal.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to the Service until the end of the current paid period, after which the subscription does not renew. After cancellation you may export your data for the window described in our Terms of Service.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 30 days of the date you were charged, we will refund that payment in full. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account details.
Where the payment was made through Paddle, you can also request a refund directly from Paddle using the link on your payment receipt.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method — for Paddle purchases this is handled by Paddle — and are issued in the original currency you were charged in. They typically reach you within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer-protection, withdrawal, or refund rights you may have under the law that applies to you. Consumers in the EU, the UK, and other jurisdictions with a statutory cooling-off period (typically 14 days) may cancel a purchase within that period. Where a non-waivable statutory right to a refund applies, that right prevails over this policy.
Chargebacks & disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us — or Paddle, for purchases made through Paddle — first. Reaching out to us is usually the fastest way to resolve a billing question.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We notify account holders by email of material changes; non-material changes are reflected by updating the effective date shown at the top of this page.
